European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction
The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) was established in 1993. Inaugurated in Lisbon in 1995, it is one of the EU’s decentralised agencies. It provides the EU and its Member States with a factual overview of European drug problems and a solid evidence base to support the drugs debate. It also helps professionals and practitioners working in the field pinpoint best practice and new areas of research.
Global Addiction Association
Global Addiction is a knowledge-sharing facility for all those involved in the understanding and treatment of addiction. It offers the opportunity for all to link both on-line and at the biennial conference.
Harm Reduction Coalition
Harm Reduction Coalition was founded in 1993 and incorporated in 1994 by a working group of needle exchange providers, advocates and drug users. Today, it is strengthened by an extensive and diverse network of allies who challenge the persistent stigma faced by people who use drugs and advocate for policy and public health reform.
Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU)
Since its inception in 1994 the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU) has been a leading NGO in the field of drug policy reform advocacy in Hungary. Patterned after the successful model of the American Civil Liberties Union, HCLU provides legal aid service for vulnerable populations, such as drug users, psychiatric patients and people living with HIV/AIDS in addition to its drug policy reform activities.

International AIDS Alliance
The Alliance is a global partnership of 41 Linking Organisations and Country Offices, seven Technical Support Hubs and an International Secretariat. It works to end AIDS epidemic.

The International AIDS Society is the world's leading independent association of HIV professionals. Organisers of the international conferences on HIV and AIDS and specialized meetings, they provide critical platforms for presenting new research, promoting dialog around HIV.
ICSDP
The ICSDP is an international network of scientists, academics, and health practitioners committed to improving the health and safety of communities and individuals affected by illicit drugs.
International Drug Policy Consortium (IDPC)
IDPC facilitates networking and collaboration between civil society stakeholders, and seek to empower civil society and the most affected populations. In parallel, IDPC also intervenes directly with high-level policy making processes by providing analysis and expertise to governments and UN agencies on effective and more humane drug policy options.
International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA)
IHRA works to reduce drug related harms by promoting evidence based public health policy and practices and human rights based approaches to drug policy through an integrated programme of research, analysis, advocacy and civil society strengthening.
