The legislative discussions in France around the drug consumption rooms progress slowly. The Parliament will debate the issue again at the beginning of 2015, through the bill on health proposed by Marisol Touraine. Meanwhile, some researches conducted by Aerli (Accompagnement et éducation aux risques liés à l’injection) show a decrease of 41% complications during the injection, and a decrease of 43% in the risky practices around the HepC transmission.
