A call for Human Rights' oriented drug policy: what would YOU change?

It was created by interviewing several representatives of the Civil Society from SE Europe, on June 4-5, 2016, at the Regional Conference on Drug Policy in Thessaloniki, Greece, organized by "Diogenis".
