This conference will focus on neuroscience and drug dependence, hepC and harm reduction, the necessity of taking control of drugs in order to establish a healthier and safer society,  electronic cigarettes: disruptive technology, public health potential and regulatory challenge,  the challenges in adapting traditional drug services to support novel drug use trends by an unfamiliar population and the evolution of drug rooms as places where one goes out of desperation to a place where to make rational and informed choices.
